NarayanaNetwork · Sattva BusinessA network of places
designed to improve
how people live.
From a working flagship in Sochi to a carefully governed network of retreat, wellness, and eco-hospitality properties—supported by shared standards, people, demand, technology, and accountable operations.
Network vision
“We are not building a directory of beautiful places. We are connecting properties where enterprise supports people, nature, and local communities.”
02 · Position
More than a name. A practical way to operate.
The Network is designed around the owner’s outcome: a resilient property, a capable team, transparent economics, and a guest experience worth standing behind.
Choose the appropriate depth of Narayana involvement—from focused training to full management and eventual handover.
Not every excellent property should change its name. Narayana Verified is designed for independent operators that meet the agreed standard.
03 · Partnership models
Begin with one useful step. Progress toward a complete system.
The right model depends on the property’s maturity, the owner’s role, and the scale of the work.

06 · Where the system is tested in daily operations
Narayana Center in a protected forest landscape.
The Sochi flagship brings together accommodation, practice halls, wellness facilities, pools, sauna experiences, plant-forward dining, and outdoor spaces. Standards are tested here through real guest and organizer experience.
The image communicates a direction for future development. New landscape and property elements shown are conceptual, not a statement of completed construction.
- Practice spaces
- Indoor halls, a rooftop venue, and outdoor settings
- Guest infrastructure
- Wellness, pools, sauna facilities, fitness, and family spaces
- Partner review
- Site visit, team introduction, and confidential process review
07 · Evidence-based economics
Establish the facts. Then decide whether to scale.
Every financial model is built for the specific property: region, inventory, seasonality, guest proposition, and capital requirements. We do not publish a generic average return that has no reliable meaning.
Relevant verified information is discussed with qualified owners after mutual interest and an appropriate confidentiality agreement.
Illustrative process markers describe the depth of analysis. They are not forecasts, performance claims, or an offer.
08 · Narayana Academy
Keep your brand. Begin with the team.
Training can stand on its own and offers a measured way to test fit before a deeper partnership.

10 · Owner questions
Important answers before any agreement.
We believe responsibilities, economics, and quality standards should be clear to both parties.
01Must a property adopt the Narayana name immediately?+
No. An owner can begin with a diagnostic, team training, or Narayana Verified while retaining the existing brand. Any rebrand is discussed only after quality, economics, and mutual fit have been assessed.
02How is this different from a conventional franchise?+
A franchise may be one contractual option, but the Network is broader: operating expertise, training, standards, digital oversight, and coordinated demand. The structure is tailored to the property’s maturity and the owner’s desired role.
03Can Narayana take over full property management?+
Yes. An operator model is available for suitable existing and new properties. Authority, key performance indicators, budgets, and the management period are set out in a property-specific agreement.
04Can a conventional hotel be repositioned?+
Potentially. Suitability depends on location, infrastructure, product potential, economics, and the team. We determine this through a diagnostic rather than a generic promise.
05Do you guarantee occupancy or profit?+
No. Results vary by market and property. We build a property-specific model, agree measurable indicators, and provide transparent management reporting.
06Can I visit the operating flagship?+
Yes. After an initial conversation, qualified owners can visit Narayana Center in Sochi to meet the team, see the operation, and review confidential materials under an appropriate agreement.
